Please note that all presenting authors have to pay the registration fee LATEST till 15 June. All non-presenting participants should also pay the conference fees latest by 5 July, as certainly no on-site payment is available. Payment after the meeting is not possible, so please make sure to arrange your payment in time. Please note that participants not meeting the payment deadline will not be granted to enter the conference.
Students who wish to pay the reduced registration fee can apply by sending an e-mail to the email@example.com e-mail address. Please, attach your short professional CV and a signed, scanned copy of recommendation from your professor. Please do not write grant request to any other e-mail address. It is necessary that your grant request is accepted by the Organising Committee first, so PLEASE APPLY TO THE GRANT BY E-MAIL AND WAIT FOR THE ACCEPTANCE PRIOR TO YOUR REGISTRATION. Those requestors who did not get a confirmation on grant acceptance should register at the normal rate.
The discount could only be given for the registration fee. The Organising Committee does not have the funds to help students with their travel and accommodation expenses.

to be arranged during the secure online registration. A pro forma invoice should be generated (pdf) in order to arrange the payment. The paid amount should appear in the paid column in case of successful online payment.
Registrations and reservations which are not accompanied by appropriate payment, will not be honoured. Registrations and hotel reservations will be acknowledged in writing. Confirmation is to be sent by the Secretariate to the email address of the registration (used during the registration), ONLY if a payment was made. Participants who paid the fee will be able to download a PAID INVOICE in pdf in their personal records within a week time after the receipt of payment, from the “My Invoices” menu after logging into the registration database.
Official final invoices and receipts for fees paid by the participants will be handed over on site at the registration desk. Congress bureau Diamond Congress Ltd. is responsible for collection of all charges; hence all financial issues are handled and confirmed by the congress bureau.
For the onlinde payment VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, American Express Card number are suitable with expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder and CVV code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is – only VISA and EC/MC). Terms and conditions of participation
Advance online registration is a condition of participation in the conference. During the online registration you should accept the terms and conditions of participation as well as the terms of cancellation written on this website. The organizers consider this commitment as a binding written contract.

Cancellation policy of registration
All the cancellations and changes must be sent to Diamond Congress Ltd. in written form. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:
- 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 70 Euro) –
in case of cancellation received before April 30, 2023
- No refund – in case of cancellation, received after April 30, 2023
